My credentials:

I have worked in a Global Pharmaceutical Organisation for 28 years. Moving from the bench through various management roles to where I am now...working a three day week as a Senior Director in R&D responsible for strategic partnerships with globally leading universities. I meet with new people and partner with colleagues at all levels of seniority both internally and externally.  I thrive on building relationships based on a deep understanding of an individual's motivations and desires.

In becoming a coach I have fully recognised how important connecting with others is to me and how I get my personal  energy from  supporting others to achieve their dreams.

Throughout my career I have experienced many twists and turns; challenging people, tough conversations, massive presentations, personal development challenges, self-doubt, crippling fear. In parallel I have had two children, lost parents, had many miscarriages and taken time out to care for my daughter who has complex Special Educational Needs. I am the primary earner in my family and frequently face assumptions, judgements and questions regarding  the choices I have made. My choices.


 I have often been the only woman in the room.


Even so, I thrive. I own who I am. I bring my whole self to work. I laugh (alot), I cry. I am open. I don't always get it right but by learning more about who I am, I am better equipped to embrace and face any and all challenges with humour and grace.

I bring a coaching approach to work with groups of leaders and teams often in the Life Sciences Industry leveraging my 28 year career in Pharma.


Topics might include 

  • For Teams - Establishing a new team or elevating the performance of an existing team - building trust, identifying and exploiting strengths, defining success, vision and goal setting, surfacing and removing obstacles. Taking action to move towards optimal performance as a team whilst maintaining and celebrating individual difference.
  • For Groups - Harnessing the power and experience of group members to enable individual learning and growth. For example a group of new business founders wishing to define their leadership style,  grow confidence and hold onto their North Star as they grow their businesses; a group of women in industry seeking to define their strengths, visualise their career ambitions, build confidence and take intentional steps towards realising their full potential both professionally and personally.
